No. Our workshops are designed for beginners as well as experienced makers. All instruction, ingredients, tools and materials are provided unless the individual listing states otherwise.
Wear comfortable clothing that you won’t mind getting a little messy. Closed-toe shoes are recommended when working with liquids, heated ingredients or glass containers. For perfume and aromatic workshops, please avoid wearing strong personal fragrance so everyone can experience the materials clearly.
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so you can check in and settle comfortably. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may prevent you from participating if the guided instruction has already begun.
We ask guests to silence their phones, treat shared tools and materials with care and allow everyone the opportunity to learn and create. Participation in reflection, ceremony or group sharing is always optional, but respectful behavior is required.
Our workshops will include essential oils, fragrance materials, herbs, flowers, spices, vinegars, cosmetic ingredients and other botanicals. Contact us before booking if you have allergies, asthma, fragrance sensitivity or another concern. Although modifications may sometimes be possible, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Children and teens are welcome when the workshop activities, materials and length are appropriate for their age. Any minimum age or special requirements will be included in the individual class description.
Guests under 16 must attend with a participating adult, and each person creating a project must have their own ticket. Some workshops involving heated ingredients, concentrated aromatics, glass containers or more mature ceremonial themes may have higher age requirements.

All workshop ticket sales are final and nonrefundable because ingredients, materials and staffing are prepared according to registration.
If you contact us at least 48 hours before the workshop, we will make every effort to offer a one-time credit toward another available workshop.
Credits are subject to availability, must be used within six months and cannot be exchanged for cash, products or other services Cancellations received within 48 hours, late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
You may transfer your ticket to another guest by contacting us before the workshop.
If we must reschedule a workshop because of severe weather, illness, low enrollment or another unavoidable circumstance, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date or may be applied as credit toward another workshop.
If we cancel the workshop completely and cannot provide a suitable replacement, guests may request a refund to the original payment method.
Yes. Workshop creations are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated. Follow the provided labeling, storage, care and usage instructions. Participation does not constitute professional formulation, medical or individualized health training.
Yes. Contact us before the workshop with the new guest’s name and contact information. Any allergies, sensitivities or participation requirements must also be disclosed before the class.
