Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal-use nature of our handcrafted, small-batch skincare, cosmetics, bath and body products, all product sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost. Skin sensitivities, allergic reactions, scent preferences and individual results are not considered product defects.
